1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

85jili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaging in prohibited activities, with immediate forfeiture of all account funds, bonuses, and winnings.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

5.1. Deposits

Players may fund their 85jili accounts using the payment methods made available on the platform, including GCash, PayMaya, online banking transfers, and other authorized payment channels. All deposits are final and non-refundable once credited to your account balance, except in cases of processing error or disputed transactions verified by 85jili.

5.2. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.

5.3. Payment Method Ownership

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. 6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

85jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, regulatory requirements, or determination by our risk management team that your account poses an unacceptable risk to the platform or other players.

Upon account closure in good standing (i.e., where no breach or fraud has been identified), any remaining real money balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 10 business days, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances and pending withdrawals subject to ongoing investigation may be withheld pending resolution.

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Please note that any active bonus wagering requirements must be resolved prior to account closure.

14. Amendments to These Terms
